What’s hot for Summer 2022???

Well, listen up and I will tell you………………………

Baggy or wide leg trousers or both, the baggier and wider the better. These styles of trousers are always better with something tucked in at the waist, otherwise you are in danger of just looking like a sloppy mess.

Big, bright and bold patterns in skirts and dresses. If you choose a skirt, best to wear a plain coloured top, you never want to take the look away from the vibrancy of the pattern.

Denim – mom jeans, wide leg, baggy and get this, patchwork is back!!!! For those of you not familiar with the 70’s, this was a favourite back in the day, ZARA has some in their SALE. (I bought a pair, sadly I can’t get my butt into them due to overeating, but I have kept them as an incentive to stop- cos that’s going to happen !!).

Bright pinks, bright any colour. This is the time of year we can get away with wearing these colours, well, being Summer and all, we should be able to, as the sun should be shining and we should all be looking slightly sun-kissed.

Another blast from the past, tie dye, CELINE is one of the designer’s rocking this look.

Forest green and jungle print. Think Jennifer Lopez in that dress, if you could call it a dress, there really wasn’t much to it but hey, if you’ve got it, and she has, flaunt it (maybe not as much of it next time).

And one of my favourites puff sleeves and ruffles, I love a big sleeve, the bigger and puffier the better, they can sooooo make any outfit glam!!
