top ten tips for autumn 2023
At last. I am finally back online and ready with your next tip for the upcoming autumn season, a season that it has to be said, feels as if we are already in!!

Tip number 7, is DENIM, which has never really went away, it’s just been chillin’ out with some burgers and beers and is now back on the highway and driving full throttle down ROUTE 66 (what on earth is she talking about you are asking yourself??), its denim, I am talking about denim!!!
AND…. in some part of Hicksville….. DOUBLE DENIM – Yep, you heard it here first, there has been some idle gossip from Boss Hogg that this here denim disaster is making a comeback. Well, talk is cheap and that fashion statement is just one cowboy – booted step too far pardners, for this here ranch hand anyway, (way too casual (aka scruffy) for my taste), but, as I’ve said before and will keep saying, until the cows come home (where the hell are those silly beasts?), fashion/style is subjective and if you like the look- then go for it, just don’t come out with me wearing it.
The ‘fit for a princess’ look of blazer, jeans and flats is also making a bit of a re-entry into the style charts. I have to say, I love this look but I have got to have no lumps and bumps to feel comfortable in it.
As you know I am a fan of ZARA, they are always at the forefront of what’s happening in the fashion stakes, plus their pricing is pretty fair, even if the sizing isn’t.
Believe it or not, this only a snapshot of what ZARA have INSTORE/ONLINE right now.
Not only are retailers stocking jeans in every shape, style, colour imaginable, as well as hats, belts, skirts, dresses…. the list goes on, you can even get headbands too… and you know how I love a headband!!!
Why not embrace your inner Daisy Duke and ride ’em cowgirl.
So, tomorrow is number 8, bet you can’t wait??? There is a right answer and a wrong answer to this question posed, answer wisely!!!!
