top tips for autumn 2023
The pussybow blouse is my tip at number 8 for this autumn.
I genuinely love a pussybow top/blouse, sadly, I wont be wearing one just yet and I do have quite a few in my wardrobe, the reason …… my double chin(s). I am point blankly refusing to wear anything high at neck, as one chin ends up under the collar and the other chin over it, it’s not a great look , (note to self, make that appointment to get jaws wired!)
For those of you without this problem or just not as self conscious as me, here a few of the different styles available …..

you get the idea, it’s a blouse, with a with two long pieces at the neck that you tie into a bow. SIMPLES!!!
This really is a versatile piece for your wardrobe, dressed up or down, daywear, eveningwear, it can be pulled off with pretty much anything.
For winter nights ‘out, out’, I like to wear mine tucked into ‘paperbag’ (ZARA’s are great) PVC shorts with some really thick black opaques and ankle, wedge boots (obviously this year it will be after the results of the jaws having been wired!)
or
For a daytime look, wear with a mid length pleated or leather/PVC skirt and some long boots, looks great with a short jacket, even try a bomber (TIP 1).
There are just so many ways you could wear this, the list is endless and there honestly is no right/wrong way to wear.
You will find this style of blouse literally anywhere, from M&S to Karen Millen, Zara to Primark and you can get something retro/vintage from EBAY/Vinted or your local charity shop, it really is worthwhile checking these places out, I managed to bag myself a Vivienne Westwood and a John Galliano from EBAY.
So, tomorrow is TIP 9. I am hoping to get this done in the morning as I am off to The Fringe later in the day, sooo looking forward to people watching in Edinburgh, you can’t beat it.
Hope you can log on and see what the penultimate TIP is.

Enjoy being you xx
