There’s a mousse loose aboot this hoose

Good afternoon fellow fashionistas. What a glorious day, totally scorchio and here is me writing a blog about my new find in fake tanning (how was I to know it would be this hot today, after me faking it last night, the tan that is…….)

So, as I have mentioned previously, Bali Body tanning mousse (dark) is my tanning product of preference,( it was actually a free gift with the HFM subscription) and I have loved it ,it has actually lasted me a whole year and that was me using at least once a week, but, alas, it’s finally finished, no amount of squeezing or turning the bottle upside down has given me one single drop more, I therefore did what I do best and went online to replace it but, sadly, it was coming in around £26. Now, I am not someone who watches the pennies, I am the opposite (and not proud of it), however I did think that was a bit pricey since we are coming into Autumn and will be covering up more. I had however, read an article in YOU magazine (Mail on Sunday supplement, don’t read the paper, pinch magazine from mum, its actually very good), anyway some female had mentioned the Bondi Sands mousse (dark) being very good. Well, I thought to myself, I must look into this and I did, and…….. AMAZON had it at a bargain bucket price of £9.99!!!!! (This knock down price gives me more money to spend on chocolate!!!!)

Like every overnight tanner I have ever used, no matter what they claim the fragrance to be, they all stink, they do, it’s a fact (don’t you dare argue with me), this did smell of coconut (as it claimed) when putting it on but that scent was short-lived and the usual ‘biscuity’ aroma was there when I woke up in the middle of the night and next morning, however, one hot shower, plenty of body wash and lotion later ,I came up smelling of roses, well, coconut actually (my body lotion claims to be coconut fragranced and it really is), and as for the colour…. see for yourself, it’s pretty decent. So, all in all, happy Valapparel.
