Day 11

Good morning lovelies. On day 11 now, 3lb down, home working, gym and spin later. Feeling a tad hungry, even though I have just had breakfast, but will fight through the hunger pangs as the end results will be more rewarding than a chocolate biscuit that would be devoured in 30 seconds.
