Good morning fellow fashionistas. It’s 7.09 am on this Easter Saturday and I am absolutely………………….KNACKERED, can’t lift my head off the desk, I think it was all the chocolate I ate yesterday.
I have woken up this morning, totally dehydrated, no energy and look like crap, well, crapier than usual. I cant muster sufficient energy to get my lard ass off the chair to go and get showered and get to spin, (which I really need to do as summer hols are rapidly approaching), and to top it all, I am feeling grumpy.
The house needs tidied, ironing needs done, yada,yada……..BORING!!!!!
You may be wondering, or NOT, what this Fashionista has been doing since we last chatted. Well, she will tell you, the answer is…. not much. All in all it’s been an uneventful week, just working (BLAH), getting soaked in the rain getting to work (DOUBLE BLAH), couple of spin classes (YAY – BIKE DANCING), not enough time for reading, (BOOOOOOOOO), diet started, AGAIN, then stopped, AGAIN, (as a result of Easter eggs), I know, I know, I didn’t need to eat the offending items, however, it would have been rude not to, they were bought with love, or possibly money, so, stop judging!!!!
On the diet front, it will be a non-starter again today as I am going out for dinner later. Last night, I put down the chocolate, albeit grudgingly, for about 10 minutes, to go and try on of some clothes for said dinner.. Clothing choices turned out to be even more limited than I had envisaged, would you believe that most of my clothes have shrunk in the wash????!! NO? Funnily enough, neither did I………
In my quest for something that fits, I did come across many things I forgot or didn’t even know I even had. Found this, not my favourite but will go with OLIVER HARDY’S TROUSERS, and after customising it, I am liking it more…….
these little queen bees were added, (how apt some may say),anyway, they add a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ (that means something, G) and with the Scarab pendant, job done, outfit chosen… THE END.
Anyways, I am going to contemplate moving my butt, or NOT, and we shall reconvene over the weekend.
